EZTO to export shaft assemblies gearbox

Shaft assemblies 2,3,4 for TsT1600 gearbox are shipped for export as well as shaft assemblies 2,3 for DD4640 gearbox. At present the shaft assembly 2 for DD4640 gearbox is in production.

“EZTM” JSC carries out restoration and modernization of ZM-1600, 40A7, D-3500, DD-3500 gearboxes produced in the GDR. It also produces gear shafts and sproket wheels for the co-axial double-flow chevron gearboxes (A-2800 and A-3600) with Novikov's gearing produced at “Volgotsemmash” JSC.

We execute orders for designing and producing new gearboxes for cement kiln drives and mill drives. Moreover we have worked up and successfully operate presently TsT-3230 gearbox with the weight of 69tn. and with turning torque of the slow shaft of 840 kNm.
