There is no factual confirmation about possible merging

There is no factual confirmation about Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), Russia's largest pipe producer and Ukraine's Interpipe possible merging, Sergey Iliyin, Chief of Public Relations Dpt., TMK said on Wednesday.

We will not comment on these rumors, rather we will comment on the news the company itself announces, said S. Iliyin adding that the negotiations are not factual.
