TMK Announces Top Management Appointments

JSC TMK, announced today that it has appointed Vladimir Shmatovich as its Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Business Development. After leading TMK’s IPO as CFO, Mr. Shmatovich will now focus on TMK’s strategic development, including mergers and acquisitions, the Company’s capital markets activity, and the handling of all external communications, including investor relations and stock exchange regulatory compliance.

Mr. Shmatovich was born in Moscow in 1964. He completed an MBA program in 1993 at the University of Notre Dame (IN, USA). Prior to joining TMK in 2005, he worked as CFO in Udmurtneft (Oil &Gas), Director for Financial Control in SIDANCO (Oil & Gas) and CFO of Ruspromauto (Automotive).

Tigran Petrosyan , previously Vice-President for Planning and Budgeting, has been appointed as CFO of TMK to focus on current operational and financial management. Before joining TMK in 2001, Mr. Petrosyan worked as Head of Planning and Budgeting of Volzhsky Pipe Plant. Mr. Petrosyan was born in 1968 and graduated from Yerevan State University.
