Evraz Group is selling the sales divisions

Evraz Group is selling the sales divisions of its trade house with the yearly rolled metal products turnover of 1 mln tons, reports Kommersant. Their buyer - Swiss Carbofer General Trading which, according to some market participants, presents interests of Alexander Katunin, ex co-owner of Evraz Group who was one of the founders of the Group. The transaction, which is evaluated at $100 mln may become the largest one in the Russian metal and steel trading market. It will help Evraz Group to get rid of the less profitable business and Mr. Katunin - to return to the industry.
