United Company RUSAL is planning to make an IPO in November 2007

The Board of Directors Viktor Vekselberg pointed out that the Board would define parameters of the additional share issue in August-September 2007. Vekselberg did not name the exact size of the prospective IPO, but said that the company's main goal was to become a public company. Vekselberg added that the amount of money raised during the IPO would not matter.
