UC RUSAL appoints new General Director of Zaporozhye Aluminium Smelter

United Company RUSAL has appointed Alexander Kotyuk as General Director of Zaporozhye Aluminium and Alumina Complex. Prior to this, Alexander Kotyuk held the position of Commercial Director at the complex.

In his new role Alexander Kotyuk will run the Zaporozhye Aluminium and Alumina Complex within the framework of UC RUSAL’s development strategy. His responsibilities will include the improvement of the complex’s structure in line with the organisational, management and production practices currently employed at UC RUSAL’s facilities. He will also be in charge of increasing production efficiency, improving manufacturing processes and introducing high international environmental, health and safety standards.
