New Director General of ChTPZ Group has Been Appointed

Mr. Vitaly Sadykov who had been Director General of ChTPZ Group since 2002 resigned his position due to 5-year contract expiry. In 2002-2007 V. Sadykov had successfully fulfilled the tasks of integration of Pervouralsky Novotrubny Works into ChTPZ Group, creation of one management system of the company, and working out a long-term strategy of development of the Group up to 2012.

Mr. Pavel Pilyugin was born in 1966. He graduated from Moscow Radiotechnical School Named after A. Raspletin. In 1985-1987 he served in the Russian army in frontier troops. In 1996 Mr. P. Pilyugin graduated from Knowledge Methodology University Organization majoring in Management of Production, in 2000 – Interbranch Institute of Professional Development, Russian Economic Academy Named after Plekhanov majoring in Financing and Banking. Mr. Pavel Pilyugin also has an МВА diploma as “Master of Administration, International Industrial Administration” (2006).

Since 1998 Mr. P. Pilyugin had been holding the position of Head of Tubes and Pipes Division, Head of Dpt. of Sales of Products of Moscow Office of ChTPZ. In 2000 -- 2002 he held a position of Deputy Sales Director, ChTPZ. In 2002 -- 2005 he headed up MeTriS, a metal and steel trading company. As Director General of the company he considerably expanded the sales network of the company ensuring its leading position in the domestic market. In April 2005 he was appointed Director General of Uraltrubostal, Trade House. As the head of the trade house he successfully fulfilled the tasks of creation of one sales network of Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant and Pervouralsky Novotrubny Works, ensuring management integration of MeTriS spot branch into the Trade House. In 2006 he headed up Sales and Marketing Dpt., ChTPZ Group, in 2007.he was appointed Sales Director of the company.

Mr. Pavel Pelyugin also holds the position of Vice President of Russian Union of Metal and Steel Suppliers.
