ChTPZ Group Has Acquired Control over Yuganskneftegazgeofizika LLC and Tomskneftegazgeofizika LLC

ChTPZ Group has got control over key players on geophysical services market in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Tomsk Oblast: Yuganskneftegazgeofizika LLC and Tomskneftegazgeofizika LLC.

Acquisition of the geophysical companies has been carried out within the framework of ChTPZ Group strategy aimed at comprehensive satisfaction of the needs of companies in the fuel and energy sector. In the course of implementing this strategy, Rimera Company was established in 2007. The company will offer the services relating to prospecting and development of fields, as well as designing and construction of pipelines, to the oil & gas sector. Rimera will unite ChTPZ Group servicing assets, i.e., its leading enterprises engaged in manufacture of components for construction of pipelines – SOT CJSC, MZMZ OJSC, MSA a.s. (all represented by ChTPZ-КТS), ALNAS OJSC (a leader of Russian oil engineering industry), as well as a network of servicing centers located in major oil producing regions in Russia: cities of Almetevsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Surgut, Nyagan, Izhevsk, Usinsk, Nefteyugansk, Kogalym, Perm, Buguruslan. The company has also representative offices in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the Ukraine, Uzbekistan. Vladimir Khristenko, the Chairman of ChTPZ-КТS CJSC Board of Directors, was appointed General Director of Rimera.

Presenting Rimera, Vladimir Khristenko noted: “Our strategic goal is to become a unique supplier of comprehensive oilfield service solutions for national and international oil & gas companies.
