Gearboxes of new generation are designed at EZTM

"EZTM" JSC specialists have designed the gearboxes of new generation TsKTs2-630 instead of the ones TsKTs2-1000 and the gearboxes TsKTs2-560 instead of TsKTs2-800. The basic boundary and linkage dimensions of all the 4 gearboxes are set out in the table. As is clear from the above readings our specialists succeeded in reducing gearboxes' weight 1,6-1,8 times at saving their technical data. It was reached through a geometry optimization of gear parameters and employment of advanced features of heat treatment which includes hardening of all the gear teeth surface up to 58…62 HRC
It was possible to realize a new project in metal by obtaining and installing a new cementing furnace enabling to cement the disks with diameter up to 1200mm and weight up to 2000kg.
