The Top 10 Russian test labs contest, organized by the Methods of Conformity Assessment magazine was launched in the beginning of 2010. Creators of the contest have devoted it to the 110th anniversary of American scientist Edward Deming, who is rightfully considered to be a father of the modern quality ideology.

The project was launched to spread the experience of the best Russian test laboratories. The key criteria for evaluation include the confirmed accreditation certificate, modern resource base, conformity of the evaluation criteria to modern requirements, quality control procedures, etc. The best Russian test centers were featured in the Methods of Conformity Assessment magazine.
