Admission to Listing and Trading on the London Stock Exchange

EVRAZ announced that acceptances have been received from the majority of holders of shares and GDRs in Evraz Group S.A. pursuant to the share exchange offer that was launched by the Company on 17 October 2011, and that the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company has been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.
