Magnesium industry is crisis transcend

Production of raw magnesium in Russia in the first nine months of 2011 increased by 21.4%, while alloys decreased by 25.4%, as evidenced by the data of Federal State Statistics Service.

In September the production of magnesium increased by 13.7%, compared y-o-y, magnesium alloys by 13.7%. In relation to August 2011 production of magnesium decreased by 1.6%, whereas magnesium alloys increased by 29.2%.
